Desible.ai Secures ₹32 Cr Seed Led by Prime Venture Partners: Scaling Voice Agentic AI in BFSI
Traditional banking and financial services (BFSI) customer operations have long relied on rigid interactive voice response (IVR) systems and massive call center labor arbitrage. Desible.ai, founded by Uttam Tiwari and Omkar Raikar, is replacing traditional call routing with intelligent agentic voice workflows.
The startup has successfully raised ₹32 crore (approx. $3.7 million) in a seed funding round led by Prime Venture Partners, with continued participation from existing investor Invention Engine.
Enterprise Scale Across 40+ BFSI Institutions
Unlike conversational wrappers, Desible operates at mission-critical enterprise scale. The platform orchestrates over 25 distinct agentic AI workflows covering revenue generation, risk assessment, compliance monitoring, debt collections, underwriting, customer service, and insurance claims. It currently processes 10 million+ customer engagements every month across more than 40 leading BFSI institutions.
The fresh seed capital will be deployed to harden its compliance infrastructure, expand go-to-market motions, and deepen autonomous agent capabilities.
The Operator Playbook for Voice Agents
Voice AI in regulated financial sectors requires ultra-low latency, airtight data security, and strict regulatory compliance. By capturing heavy institutional validation from Prime Venture Partners, Desible.ai is well-positioned to dominate the verticalized voice automation market across Indian financial services.
